COPPER
I adore copper – I have probably mentioned it before – but still I feel like my home and my wardrobe is missing a bit of copper. One of the things I love about copper is that it fits so well with a lot of colours – so it is not a hard thing to incorporate into your home or your wardrobe for a little bit of metallic sass. It works just as well with black and white as it does with all arrays of colours from the deepest emeralds to the lightest pastels and natural textures like wood and stone.

This bedroom shows how well copper and pastels work together. Feel like bringing pastels and copper together in my own bedroom – if the H would agree with the pastels…

Lovely copper cutlery – would be perfect for any dinner party!

Then it is time for the amazing Tom Dixon Copper Shade - It has been showcased all over the place – and is featured in so many homes – still I am not tired of looking at it and it is still staying strong on my “at-home-wish-list”.

Since I’ve already got the wrapping paper – why not get the copper gift tags as well?

I feel a crave coming on. This copper tray by Philipp Mainzer is absolute perfection in my eyes. This tray can also be combined with a base making it the perfect copper side table. Check it out here.

DIY copper vase from A Merry Mishap – you can find the instructions here - if I come across copper spray paint I know I’ve got some items I want to go copper!

This one shows both how well copper works together with white – and how amazing it would look in a bathroom… Quite the lush place to flush if you ask me.

Sarah Jessica Parker in an amazing copper tone gown – would love this in my wardrobe… Wouldn’t know when I would get the chance to wear it – but I know I would proudly prance it about my home…

Another proof of pastels and copper working perfectly together… Pale pink + copper – why not!

Who wouldn’t love rolling around on this lovely copper bike by Van Heesch – you can get it here - at the price of $6000. I wish I could get this – but it wouldn’t leave my home – I live in a city where the vehicles that gets stolen most often are bikes – wouldn’t be willing to risk this beauty being ripped apart and sold as spares.

I don’t think I would be able to say no to this copper Redsmith dining chair – you can get it here.

Another copper DIY from A Merry Mishap – this time it is a candle holder – you can find the instructions here if you want to give it a go! If I can get a hold of the copper I might give this a go.

Another copper piece for the wardrobe… This one I would find more than one occasion to wear!

Copper is lovely. Just this morning I ran across a roll of thin copper from a design school project…every time I see it, it makes me happy. I should do something with it!
You should! Then show me what it ends up as
