AROUND THE DINING TABLE

Hi, everyone. I’m so happy to be here with you at Design Trolls with a guest post from Arcadian Home blog. It’s a fantastic place to find lots of interior design inspiration including great decorating ideas for everything from fabulous table decor to colorful pillows for the sofa.

We’re calling today’s topic “around the dining table” because that’s where you’ll find some of the most interesting of people and more to our subject, chairs—great chairs. From simple wood, to the much sought-after metal Tolix, we love them all. Please enjoy!

Thanks for letting me stop by to share.

A spindle-back chair in white joins a red stool, colorful high chairs and a long blue bench around this white table. What a wonderful spot for breakfast with the family!

In a cottage dining room, the long wood table is surrounded by colorful Tolix and their wooden companions in great summery hues.

These beautiful chairs, named Bonde chairs are quite lovely in Nordic Green surrounding a cool contemporary table. An oversized portrait leans casually against the wall—a great look.

A traditional white kitchen and dining room is brought to life with these beautiful red Chinoiserie style chairs around the table. A very traditional red metal and glass lantern above the table joins a large modern pendant light over the breakfast bar in the kitchen, both in red.

This large white Saarinen Tulip table looks amazing surrounded by a half-dozen Ghost chairs. It’s a great minimalist look.

Molded in one piece with delicate twisted wrought iron legs, these chairs are quite amazing. The modern metal and glass pendant light is perfect here and so is the wallpaper.

Black wishbone chairs come to the table in this appealing dining room. Everything is so…well, cool for lack of a better word at the moment. Wallpaper separated from the green ceiling by white trim and the massive light above the table are unexpected, but very eye-catching and interesting.
